Tuula Korhonen
I’m Tuula Korhonen and I’ve been an accountant since 2010 and an entrepreneur since 2013. Previously, I worked as a language teacher, but my interest in numbers and the desire to learn new things took me to the world of accounting. Thanks to my background as a language teacher, dealing with me is also possible in English and German. In addition, I have an employee with whom it is easy to do business in Russian.
As an accountant, I know what I’m doing and I have extensive knowledge in different fields, which is an important characteristic for an accountant. I am familiar with the issues of a sole proprietor, and I handle the agreed tasks on schedule from start to finish. In addition, I can help and guide starting entrepreneurs with legislation and other issues.
As an accountant for small businesses, what I like most about my job is its variety. During the working day, I can handle the accounting of several different clients and they are easily manageable entities. In addition, it is nice when you see a lot of different industries, their development, different companies and above all the personalities and people behind the companies.
As a rule, my customers are part-time entrepreneurs and small entrepreneurs with a turnover of 50,000 to 350,000.00 euros. In addition, my customers are small associations and clubs. I am above all an accountant, support and security for small entrepreneurs. During these 8 years that I have been an entrepreneur, I have handled the assignments of about 140 clients.
The most important thing in my work is customer satisfaction. I serve my clients in a versatile, flexible and professional manner. Managing accounting matters with me is easy and comfortable.
My company operates in Joensuu and expertly implements accounting, payroll, financial statements and tax returns. I also have customers from other parts of Finland. In this case, the accounting material can be delivered to me by letter or electronically, e.g. by e-mail or via the eTasku service. I maintain my own expertise by, among other things, training and actively following the changing legislation and collective agreements in the field.
You only need to focus on your own passion, i.e. running your business, when you let me handle your accounting professionally.
I can manage the accounting electronically or more traditionally on paper. I use the Asteri software and palka.fi. In addition, it is possible to use electronic accounting with the Procountor program.
In addition, we use eTasku – a service that makes it easy to submit receipts, travel invoices and other accounting documents electronically.
